This is maybe the most shocking food recall we have seen in years so we are reporting it immediately. If you know anyone that eats fruit or shops at this store you should share this article with them immediately. Or better yet, share it on your page so all your friends can see it. It's sad to see that people can buy fruit thinking they are getting something healthy and it have broken glass in it.

This recall involves jars of peaches and jars of mixed fruit. And it's one of the most popular brands of fruit bought nationwide. It's distribution hits nearly every state all across the country. With over 8,000 stores carrying these jars of peaches and mixed fruit, this is something that could affect a lot of people quickly if they are not warned.

The company that distributes this fruit said that “Nice! Peach Slices” and “Nice! Mixed Fruit,” packed in 8-ounce glass jars, are being recalled due to potential glass in the product. Milky Way International Corp. made this announcement in a Food and Drug Administration press release yesterday. The press release warns customers that  “Consumers could potentially be cut or injured if ingested.” The fruit in question is being sold at Walgreens Stores nationwide.

The fruit jars in question are Nice! Peach Slices in Light Syrup 8 oz and Nice! Mixed Fruit in Light Syrup 8 oz. The affected batch has expiration dates of December 2017. The bottle label for the peaches is 0-49022-80894-2 and the bottle label for the mixed fruit is 0-49022-80896-6.
