With the temperature rising, it is no wonder that we bring with us a bottle of water. We always need to keep ourselves hydrated because dehydration causes several problems in our body. However, drinking plain water is not the only method of keeping our body hydrated. Sometimes, we need to add a little bit of salt to taste the water. Why? The salt in the water makes sure that we do not sweat out all of our electrolytes which is essential in our body.
