5 Vegan Breakfast in Bed Recipes

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, if it’s a vegan breakfast. The only way it gets better than that is if it’s a vegan breakfast, in bed, with someone you love. To that end we will look at some perfect vegan breakfast recipes for that occasion. You have to supply your own special someone yourself though.

I am all about little notes left around the house that say I love you. My significant other will sometimes leave notes for me on my car windshield. I love finding those. Nothing beats a vegan breakfast in bed though. Starting your day with someone you love and a cruelty free, healthy vegan meal is perfect.

Breakfast will not be complete without omelets. One Green Planet’s website has crafted a Perfect Vegan Omelet that is several times more nutritious than its egg omelet counterpart. The vegan omelet has greater amount of protein and fiber. Aside from this being delicious, it is also 100% more nutritious.

Breakfast may not always be dry food. Sometimes, it is nice to add some vegan milk of our choice to complement our main course. The next recipe that I am going to share is Black Forest Granola which, for and my partner, can be a perfect companion to coconut milk.

However the original recipe states that almond milk goes well with it. So, just take your pick which vegan milk you want to put together with it. However, if you prefer munching on it, that’s fine too! You can lazily eat on it while talking with your special someone. The next one in this list is the Salted Caramel Pecan Waffle.  I remembered the first time I tried this recipe, my mouth was watering from the name alone and while I was cooking, the smell alone was so delicious.

I was very much tempted to have the entire meal to myself but it would defeat the purpose of breakfast in bed. I was very much happy that I stopped myself and served the meal to the one person who was waiting on our bed. Anyhow, this recipe is 100% vegan friendly and there are no animal products that are being used.
