I came to like cauliflower because it is one of the main ingredients of Chop Suey. To those who are not familiar of this dish, it is a mixture of several vegetables added with corn starch for consistency. Cauliflowers look quite small but the florets are actually another good source of water and if eaten when it is raw or slightly steamed, its benefits are maximized.
What am I talking about? Cauliflowers have antioxidants which are said to fight off or prevent the development of cancer.
