The second to the last in the list is the radish. I enjoy eating radishes raw; sometimes I dip it in apple cider for an added taste. This sounds a bit queer but this is just how I roll. Anyhow, I love crispy radishes and the crunching sound it makes once my teeth come in contact with it.
Just thinking about it makes me crave for radish. I am getting off my main point.
Radishes are good sources of potassium, folic acid and antioxidant. It also has traces of sulfur compounds which are essential in digestion. To have the most of the aforementioned, it is better to choose the darker leaf colors.
