You will need:

  • 3 Pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes, preferably organic, scrubbed and cleaned
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 3 Tablespoon Refined Coconut Oil
  • 4 oz. {half a tub} Vegan Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • ½ Almond Milk, warmed
  • ¼-1/2 Tsp Salt, or to taste.
