where do you get mini loaf pans? are libby’s sugar & natural flavors vegan?
I’m not a huge fan of flax meal as a replacer for eggs. Has anyone tried silken tofu to replace the eggs in this recipe? I’m gluten free as well so this would take some experimenting to find the right flour balance. I’m concerned about the amount of sugar n this recipe. Sounds way to sweet so I would be tempted to reduce that as well.
