The first time that I tried making this recipe was an exciting experience. Why was I excited? Well, because I was making this recipe with my sister and it was the first time in a long time that we did something together. Without any further a do, these are the ingredients and instructions. This can serve up to four people. Ingredients: 4 cups cauliflower florets 1 tbsp garlic, minced ½ cup unsweetened and unflavored almond milk or any vegan milk of your choice ¼ cup nutritional yeast 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp garlic powder ¾ tsp fine grain sea salt ½ tsp pepper 8 ounce fettuccine pasta of choice Fresh parsley for garnishing.
