When Chipotle announced their vegan sofritas option over a year ago the vegan world went crazy. Everyone was excited to try the Chipotle Sofritas option. But A lot of people want to know how to make a homemade version of the famous Chipotle Sofritas at home.

The majority of them, about 370, were infected with norovirus after eating at a restaurant in Simi Valley, Calif., and a restaurant in Boston. More than 60 people got sick from salmonella poisoning after eating at a Chipotle restaurant in Minnesota.”
