Alfredo sauce is an Italian creation which is often just used with pasta. The non-vegan version of this creamy sauce is basically cream, butter, and cheese over pasta. There are few things more rich and creamy than a good Alfredo sauce.
There are many delicious ways to use Alfredo sauce in recipes besides the traditional pasta recipes. It’s amazing on broccoli, in certain casseroles, in scalloped potatoes, and more. The uses for this rich creamy sauce are only limited by your imagination.
We wanted to know how to make vegan Alfredo sauce as quick and easily as possible. That lead us to this amazing recipe which only requires a few ingredients, a blender, and about two minutes of your time to prepare.

1 cup Raw cashew nuts
1/4 cup Pine Nuts or just add more cashews
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes Optional
1 tbsp White Miso paste You could also use chickpea or rice miso.
1 tbsp Tahini Sesame Paste
1 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
1 – 2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Soy Milk or plant milk of your choice
1 1/2 cups Boiling Water
Toss all ingredients in a blender until creamy
