One of my new favorite discoveries of the past year has been sriracha! I love vegan recipes with a sriracha kick to them. I’m one of those people who puts it on nearly everything except fruit.
There are so many light, delicious, tasty summer recipes that just seem like they would be better with a little “kick.” About three weeks ago I decided to start accumulating awesome vegan recipes featuring sriracha that I could cook and get my need for that sriracha kick.
If you are like I was 18 months ago you may not know what this wonderful sriracha is. Technically it is a chili sauce made with red chili and garlic. It is very popular when served with Vietnamese food. Recently it has taken the vegan world by storm and I wonder why I waited so long to catch up. I had always loved sweet chili sauce with my fries and other things. And this is so much better.
I hope you will enjoy these 20 vegan sriracha recipes. Put a little kick in your step and spice things up. All of these great recipes just further show that eating vegan definitely does not have to be boring.
