This is actually a traditional indian recipe called Parathas. I had never heard of this vegan food before so I decided to look it up. It turns out that the Indian Parathas is nothing more than a flatbread. And when it’s prepared in this recipe it is also vegan and delicious.
This is a recipe that actually matter. It is made using Indian whole wheat flour which is a healthier option. The fillings are red chili and cumin powder, dried mango powder, mustard seeds, and coriander leaves. Then the broccoli and carrots in this paratha are finely shredded and stuffed inside the flat bread.
They balance the flavors and give a sweet taste. You can see light golden brown spots and crisp all over this stuffed dough which means it’s fully cooked. It’s the best way to start your day!
