1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey, or sweetener of choice

1 to 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 ripe avocado
Optional: ALOHA Superfood Chocolate
Optional: Gluten-free granola
Blend all of the ingredients together. I recommend topping the smoothie bowl with gluten-free granola and/or ALOHA Superfood Chocolate for additional nourishment and crunch.
