Vegan Eggless MacMuffins

I used to make up a large share of McDonald’s quarterly revenue before I went vegan. Breakfast was one of my favorite things to eat and I actually thought I was eating healthy by choosing the Egg McMuffin. Of course now I know much differently and unless one of my meat eating friends with kids makes me come along, you won’t find me at the golden arches. If you do that’s fine, everyone has to make their own choices in life

If you are like me and once loved the Egg McMuffin then you are going to LOVE this recipe. It really is delicious, reasonably easy to make and 100% cruelty free. You may think it would be hard to duplicate the egg for this recipe but you would be wrong. It’s actually quite easy. All you need is a blender and the right ingredients and you’re good to go.
