1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of nut milks)
1/2 tbsp maple syrup (you can also use agave nectar if you prefer)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
Fruit toppings of your choice and/or vegan whipped cream topping too
Mix everything except the bread and your toppings in a bowl
Place In The Fridge For 20 Minutes to Sit
Preheat your pan or griddle to medium
Dip both sides of bread in your mix
Cook until perfectly golden on one side and flip and do the same
