Vegan Grilled Cheese Sandwich And Tomato Soup
Rich delicious melty cheese on perfectly toasted bread! I think you will be pleasantly surprised with how melty and perfect the cheese on this grilled cheese sandwich is. It really passes the eye test, texture test, and most importantly the taste test! This awesome creation is courtesy of Vegan Yumminess

Umm yes!! Love the veg combo in the cheese makes me feel less guilty 🙂 having this tomorrow with Amy’s vegan tomato bisque ? can’t wait!
I’ve never tasted a vegan cheese that wasn’t absolutely horrid……. Does a good one really exist??
Yes! Daiya brand! I absolutely love it… You really can’t tell the difference.
I made a good grilled cheese with Daiya the other day, for the first time… It doesn’t get ‘melty’ but it was pretty good…
I like Chao cheese. It gets melty too and taste just like cheese. I’ve only tried the orginal flavor though.
Chao tomato cayenne slices are unbelievably delicious in grilled cheese!!
I tried Daiya cheddar cheese the other day. It tasted like moldy poison.
Right?!? I’m surprised everytime someone tells me that Daiya is good…. 🙁
I ate a slice of daiya cheese pizza, and promptly threw the rest of the pizza in the trash. It’s good in stuff in small amounts, but I have yet to find a cheese that is good as the main ingredient in a vegan dish.
I tried Chao Cheese for the first time and fell in love with it. The Coconut Herb with Black Pepper Cheese Slices are so freaking good. I definitely recommend you trying it out.
Tayliyah Chatmon they’re all so good!!!
I like sprinkling Daiya over salads but it turns to glue if you melt it. Definitely not a good substitute. Cashew and almond cheeses are the closest to cheese that I’ve had.
I hear that Shauna, I have high hopes for the Kite Hill cheeses, havent found them yet though.
The kite hill yogurts, and cream cheese are wonderful but the daiya slices are good for sandwiches.
Well said! 😉
Fantastic job, love your attitude! >:o
