I remember my first holiday season as a vegan. I knew that I would NOT be entertaining. I was not prepared to cook a delicious vegan holiday meals for my friends and family. Since then I have tried to be ready for the holidays. I start trying to find the best vegan holiday recipes and put together a meal so amazing that even my omnivore friends will love it. If done correctly, you can make everyone happy and they won’t even miss the meat.
