Vegan Jalapeno Poppers

Trying to make some recipes with cheese into a vegan recipe is difficult. Like jalapeno poppers. That is why I’m so amazing by this Vegan Jalapeno Poppers recipe. This recipe has a satisfying crunch, slight bite of heat and refreshing creaminess.

The first time I ever had jalapeno poppers I was riding on an 18 wheeler with my uncle through the great state of Texas. This was way back before I went vegan. We stopped at some Texas truck stop and that’s when I saw them. These small breaded poppers. Full of jalapeno and cheese. I was fascinated.how to make vegan jalapeno poppersI haven’t have any jalapeno poppers since I went vegan. Until now. This recipe is really a stroke of genius. I deals with all of the texture and flavor complexities of the poppers while keeping them delicious like the originals. They are oh so poppable! And eatable. And I’m using ‘able’ too much on the end of words. Amazing vegan food makes me crazy sometimes.

These dudes are seriously fantastic! Check out these amazing vegan jalapeno poppers filled with a little over a tablespoon of cashew cheese and coated with flour mixture. You’ll have your eyes on these evenly coated poppers and have an undying love for its golden brown, crispy and corn flake crumbs external. It’s the simple things in life isn’t it? Delicious vegan food from an easy vegan recipe.
