Vegan Lentil-Spiked Nanaimo Bars
This is a new and unique vegan dessert recipe we found this week. These Vegan Lentil-Spiked Nanaimo Bars are oozing with filling and coconut-studded with a nutty base. They are also allergy-friendly and soy-free.
Just when you think this whole thing is so jolly, and so fantastic, and characterized by easy and fun…suddenly, it’s magic! It’s jaw-dropping good. They are soft, squidgy filling, something sturdy, and with perfect texture. The filling is ultra-silky smooth, firm, slightly spilling out but not totally exploding out the sides.
It’s made from shredded coconut, cooked lentils, and maple syrup. They are evenly spread over the base and gently poured with melted dark chocolate bar. The chocolate topping is fully hard, genius, and absolutely delicious. You’ll be smiling ear to ear over this square bars recipe.
This is not only a great vegan dessert recipe because it’s animal free. It’s also gluten free so anyone with a sensitivity to gluten will be able to enjoy these with delight.
