I was actually trying to find the Katy Perry livestream because, well… I’m a Katy Kat. Yes, I admit it. But enough about my embarrassing life. Let’s get right to this amazing vegan cheesecake recipe.
It’s pretty easy to make and the results are incredible. And again, if you are opposed to using Oreo cookies you can use K-Toos and it will taste just as good, if not even better. We actually prefer K-Toos at our house.

Ingredients You Will Need:
8 oz package Vegan Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Vegan Sour Cream
7 Ounces Firm Tofu (half package)
1/2 Cup Vegan Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Earth Balance
7 Ounces Non Dairy Milk of your choice
12 Crushed Oreo Cookies (Or K-Toos)
