I lose my mind over vegan holiday food. And I like it year round. All of the great pies and desserts of Thanksgiving and Christmas are also great in June. This deep rich crust pumpkin pie features whipped coconut cream and it’s completely vegan.
The thing most people don’t realize is that you can literally make any holiday dessert recipe vegan. It normally required substituting eggs or milk. The substitution are almost always really easy and just like that your favorite holiday recipe is vegan.
This little beauty features a black bottom chocolate crust, a hint of cinnamon and more pumpkin pie flavor than you can even imagine. Better yet you can make this pie kinda raw or completely raw so I know all of my raw food vegan purist will enjoy it to. So do you have to be a raw food vegan to love this pie? No way! All you have to be is someone who loves delicious desserts and hungry.
