I have noticed that people seem to really like tge color green and mint flavors in March. Coincidence? I don’t think so. I just so happen to like healthy green recipes all year long and I love a mint flavor. So I guess I’m a fan of the Irish all year long?
The ingredients that stand out most are the peeled frozen banana, handful of spinach, mint leaves, pure peppermint extract, and almond milk. The blend of these ingredients is fantastic.
