As a child, I’ve always loved squash. I also had a friend who shared the same love for squash. Why did we love squash? Well, if you ask me that when I was still nine years old, I would simply say that because I find it delicious. If you ask my friend, she would also say the same.
However, if you ask me now, my friend and I would have an additional answer. We love squash right now because it has vitamins A & C which are good for the eyesight and immune system respectively. Squash also has vitamin B complex and other minerals that contribute to the overall health of the human body. I’m always looking for creative ways to include squash into my meals and this is a very creative and unique way to to it.
