I think it only makes sense to supplement in today's world no matter what diet you eat. Some of these supplements are specific to veganism like vitamin B12. But the way farming is done today I think everyone should consider supplementing.
Does this mean that we can't be healthy if we don't supplement? That depends on how strict and dedicated you are to your diet. How much time do you spend making sure you are getting a wide range of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals in your diet?
I don't know you personally but the answer for most people is “not much.” Most of us just eat what we like. We choose foods we enjoy and eat them over and over again. A vegan supplements plan can make sure you are getting everything you need to stay healthy.
I am not saying you have to take vegan supplements. Please don't get me wrong. I'm saying that I take vegan supplements and here is a review of those supplements for you. If you choose to take them it is up to you.
