You do not need protein powder. Not even Vegan protein powder. If you have been Vegan for more than 5 minutes then I’m sure you are already tired of everyone you know suddenly becoming an expert on nutrition. The one comment Vegans get more than any other is “where will you get your protein?” This is an annoying question. Especially when you know the facts about protein. One of the greatest Vegan examples of someone who gets plenty of protein is Frank Medrano. He is an extreme example but sometimes extreme is what you need to make a point.
