I have a lot of vegetarians who visit the website who want to switch from vegetarian to vegan. I think a lot of us came to the vegan lifestyle that way. We started out as vegetarians and as we learned more and saw the health benefits in our bodies we wanted more. And some of us saw the videos about dairy farms and realized we had to stop the dairy. Everyone likes different vegan milk for different reasons. I used to LOVE soy milk. When I first made the switch from vegetarian to vegan it was my love. If you are going to drink soy milk just make sure it’s organic. Now I prefer an unsweetened almond milk. As I continue to eat healthier and remove more sweets from my diet I was drawn to it. You just need to experiment to see which you like best. Every week buy a different kind. You can choose from cashew milk, rice milk, coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk, and others!

I’m going to save cheese until last. It is the toughest by far. Everyone I know who is trying to make the leap from vegetarian to vegan always struggles with the cheese.
