Video: Monsanto Spokesman Refuses To Drink Product He Says Is Safe To Drink
Everyone has probably heard of Roundup Brand weed killer. In fact some of you may have used it in your lawn. Many are concerned that the weed killer is getting into the water supply and harming people. A Monsanto Spokesman recently appeared on a French News show to discuss how safe the week killer is. He claimed it was so safe you could drink it and it wouldn’t harm you. What Patrick Moore, the Monsanto lobbyist, didn’t know was that the interview was about to make him look very foolish.
When Moore said you could drink an entire quart of the weed killer and it would not harm you, he was caught off guard with the interviewer promptly offered him a glass of it to drink. The ensuing conversation quickly revealed how much the spokesman for Monsanto actually believed his own words.
Moore: “You can drink a whole quart of it and it won’t hurt you.”
Interviewer: “You want to drink some? We have some here.”
Moore: “I’d be happy to, actually…. Uhh…Not.. Not really. But I know it wouldn’t hurt me.”
Interviewer: “If you say so, I have some glyphosate, have some.”
Moore: “No. I’m not stupid.”
Interviewer: “So, it’s dangerous, right?
Moore: “No, People try to commit suicide with it and fail; fail regularly.”
Interviewer: “Tell the truth, it’s dangerous.”
Moore: “It’s not dangerous to humans.”
Interviewer: “So, are you ready to drink one glass?”
Moore: “No, I’m not an idiot.
Want to see the spokesman for Monsanto squirm in his chair as he desperately tries to look composed and avoid having to drink his company’s weed killer? You can see this compelling below. The look on his face is priceless!
This is so great. It’s almost identical that that famous scene from Erin Brockovich. Only this time it was caught on tape in real time. Priceless!
Chug-a-lug, you moron!!!
Put your money where your mouth is!
complete friggin moron go somewhere and just die already
I’d like to add that urine is also safe to drink, though most people would probably refuse to have a glass of it.
Andy Tomlinson
Wish he drank it
If you’re going to claim something is safe to eat/drink on national TV and refuse to actually DO it, even if the taste is terrible, you’re gonna get called on it.
Either have a glass of what you say is safe to drink, or have a glass of STFU.
Bahahahahaha!!! So essentially Monsanto thinks we are idiots eating foods filled with glyphosate
Ahole !
Bottoms up buddy!

Scum
Hahaha
Shay Brutosky infuriating!
WOW!
What an idiot!! And he wants to call the interviewer a complete jerk…. all because he is a liar and won’t actually stand behind his product as being safe!!
Good example of the crooked lobbyist that control Washington DC. Round-up is destroying the planet.

Open mouth… insert Glyphosphate…. ummm eeerrr… foot
It’s funny when someone says urine is safe to drink too….well..a large corporation and a countries govt aren’t putting urine on your food, household cleaners etc…and your urine hasn’t killed off birds, bees, caused cancer, contributed to gut problems and other health issues and has been banned in several countries…comparing urine to Monsanto is apples and orange..the only likeness is that they are both human waste products
It’s like Erin Brokovich
Still laughing from yesterday
Just like the Chem trails they spray our air with every day! Talk about a secret combination ahhhhh corporation.
I love this! What a total moron!
what happened to “you can drink a quart of it and be fine..” but he’s not going to drink any of it because he’s not an idiot.. well neither are the rest of us!
That’s a misleading title. This guy’s actually not affiliated with Monsanto but yes he is a freaking moron.
Yeah, bleach is safe too, but if you drink a glass of it you’re going to be sorry. Something being safe and something being tolerated by the digestive system are also different things.
Also, seriously, you all act like you’re morally superior but go using ableist slurs like “moron.”
Can’t watch it. Says in a different language.
Don’t think this is true… clicked several times and no video.
I saw this late last year when it happened! This kind of stupidity boggles the mind… O.o
